London Training Centre (LTC)
1. Purpose
This Privacy Policy outlines how London Training Centre (LTC) protects information gathered from stakeholders when completing a business activity or providing a service. It also clarifies access, maintenance, and storage of personal information.
2. Application and Scope
This policy applies to all personal and LTC information essential for conducting business activities, whether stored electronically or on paper, communicated verbally, in writing, or in visual/recorded formats. It covers all data collected, used, and shared by or with LTC.
3. Principles
- Respect the right to privacy of all stakeholders and ensure personal data security.
- Protect the personal information of staff, trainees, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Collect information directly from stakeholders, only when necessary for business purposes.
- Use collected data solely for its intended purpose and relevant business processes.
- Inform data subjects of intended use and possible disclosures before collection.
- Disclose personal data only to authorized personnel, authorities, or with consent, unless required by law.
Authorized disclosures may include:
- Client’s authorized representatives or legal advisors.
- Trainers/assessors with limited profile access.
- Government or statutory authorities as required by law.
- Authorized LTC staff, including CEO, Operational Manager & Quality, Accountant, and Admin.
4. Process and Procedure
- The CEO and Quality & Development Manager decide access rights for regular and confidential data.
- Data collection, storage, and management follow the “Records & Documents Management Policy”.
- Data accuracy and quality assurance follow the “Quality Assurance System Policy”.
5. Data Protection
All data is processed according to Bahrain’s Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 30 of 2018). Data will only be used to ensure that administrators, staff, and agents act in the best interests of LTC and its trainees. Information will not be used for any other purposes.
