• All fees are stated in Bahraini Dinar (BHD) unless otherwise specified.

• Cancellations must be submitted in writing to LTC.
• Refunds are processed according to our Refund Policy, which may include administrative charges.
• LTC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule courses due to unforeseen circumstances, offering alternative dates or full refunds.

6. Code of Conduct

All trainees are expected to behave respectfully towards staff, trainers, and fellow participants. Disruptive behavior may result in dismissal without a refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All training materials, including presentations, documents, and online content, are the intellectual property of LTC or its partners. They may not be copied, shared, or reproduced without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

LTC will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in our training programs. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

LTC processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and Bahrain’s Personal Data Protection Law.

10. Changes to Terms
